A member of DPA Microphones' d:fine 4088 lineup, the 4288-DC-F-F10-LE is a cardioid earset (single ear) mic that features one of the most clear, consistent, and robust miniature mics you'll find on the market. However, this particular model features DPA's CORE technology (see below) which adds a bit more performance to the already exemplary 4088 lineup. Plus, it also comes with a TA-4F Mini-XLR connector, compatible with Shure U1, UR1, UT1, SC1, SLX1, ULX1, TOA WM4300, PGX1, Line 6 XD-V70L - all sold separately.
This microphone's cardioid, directional polar pickup pattern offers remarkable off-axis rejection in high-SPL situations, with efficient suppression of distant sound sources, all making it ideal for demanding live performance situations where feedback and background noise are concerns.
CORE technology is a powerful technology at the heart of select DPA miniature microphones.
