 Part of DPA Microphones' d:fine 4088 Series, the 4288-DC-F-F03-LE is a cardioid earset mic that features one of the most clear, consistent, and robust miniature mics you'll find on the market. However, this particular model is equipped with DPA's proprietary CORE technology, adding a bit more performance to the already exemplary 4088 series. It also comes with a 3-pin LEMO adapter for use with Sennheiser SK 50, SK 250, SK 3063, SK 5012 wireless transmitters (sold separately). This unit is colored beige, and is equipped with an extra-long 120mm (3.9") boom, accommodating varying applications and head sizes.

Its cardioid, directional polar pickup pattern delivers remarkable off-axis rejection in high-SPL situations, efficiently suppressing distant sound sources, and making it ideal for demanding live performance situations where feedback and background noise are concerns. CORE technology is a powerful technology at the heart of select DPA miniature microphones.
